Oktoberfest With A Twist

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind Oktoberfest feast with a decidedly Warren twist! Chef Steve of Love Shack will fire up the grill with mouthwatering specialties including bratwurst, Smoked pulled pork sliders with green apple slaw, Smoked baby back ribs with Rahmchwammerl mushroom sauce, and root vegetables paired with GG’s Pretzels to bring a classic Oktoberfest favorite. Indulge in an exceptional charcuterie spread from Prica Farina, then dive into freshly shucked oysters and littlenecks by Lauren Amos of Elle's Kitchen for a taste of the sea.


We'll have brews from Pivotal and Vigilant Brewing Companies and German wines for those who prefer a different libation.

From savory bites to briny treasures, this is Oktoberfest reimagined for another festive, and anything but ordinary Warren Heritage Foundation Gala.

Live Music by Paper Moon Jazz Band

The band will bring a lively blend of jazz, swing, and European-inspired sounds to the evening, creating the perfect soundtrack for our Parker Mills celebration. Featuring John Birt on lead guitar, Dylan Harley on rhythm guitar, Johnny Juxo on accordion, and Casey Belisle on percussion, the group combines soulful jazz melodies, spirited rhythms, and accordion-driven flair for an energetic musical experience that will keep the evening moving.
